Returns & Exchanges

At Atlanta Track Club, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you may return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the product is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
